Amigurumi Crochet Easter Chickens. Crochet Patterns in PDF

For this pattern, you need basic skills in crocheting in a spiral, starting with an amigurumi ring and crocheting with a back-and-forth row. 

These are the crochet patterns for self-crochet toys, not ready-made toys!

Following these patterns, you can crochet two Easter Chickens that will become a wonderful Easter gift or decor.

The first Easter Chicken is a Chichen with a plastic ball in his tummy.

Thanks to the design and that the ball opens, you can fill it with small Easter decor or candy.

It is important to crochet a sample before you start crocheting a toy because it affects the density of the fit of the crocheted detail to the ball. 

Crocheting density of 5 cm - 16 sc for 18 rows.

If your density differs, try changing the hook number or choosing a different yarn. You can also change the diameter of the ball, and take a larger or smaller size according to the crocheted fabric.

Original materials:

1) Yarn: Cotton Kings 8/4 – 100% cotton, 50g/170m:

yellow (color 13) – 1pc

orange (color 14) – 1pc

2) Hook 2.0 mm

3) Stitching needle

4) Fiberfill /toy stuffing

5) Clear plastic fillable ornament ball 80 mm

6) Safe plastic eyes 6 mm

7) Stitch markers and pins for sewing (for temporary fixation of parts)

8) Thread floss black for embroidery eyes. Thread floss brown for embroidering brows

 When using the original yarn and hook number, the Chicken size is 15 cm

The Second Easter Chicken is a toy chicken.

Original materials:

1) Yarn: Cotton Kings 8/4 – 100% cotton, 50g/170m:

yellow (color 13) – 1pc

orange (color 14) – 1pc

2) Hook 2.0 mm

3) Stitching needle

4) Fiberfill /toy stuffing

5) Safe plastic eyes 6 mm

6) Stitch markers and pins for sewing (for temporary fixation of parts)

7) Thread floss black for embroidery eyes. Thread floss brown for embroidering brows.

 When using the original yarn and hook number, the Chicken size is 18 cm
